I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite having booked a double seaview room, my arrival was met with a downgrade to a small economy room with no view or balcony. The service was lackluster regarding the room issue, but the breakfast view was beautiful. On the plus side, the pool and beach areas were quite lovely, making it a bittersweet stay overall.

Staying at Hotel Goldi Sands was an excellent choice! The beachside location is absolutely wonderful, while the staff go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options that never left me wanting. However, one downside was the lack of quick access to transport in the area, making it a bit challenging to explore Negombo. Overall, this place offers great value for a relaxing getaway.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. On one hand, the location is excellent with a lovely beach nearby, and the staff genuinely tried to provide good service.
